Children & Teens
Children & Teens
Worries and big feelings can show up through behaviour, withdrawal, or changes in everyday life. Younger clients may need ways to express themselves beyond conversation.
I use play, art, and conversation to explore emotions and build ways of coping, adapted to the young person. We’ll discuss their needs and how caregivers can be involved during the consultation.
Adults
Anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life changes can leave you overwhelmed or caught in patterns you want to understand.
Together, we can explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and develop practical ways to respond. The work follows what matters to you, with regular space for your feedback.
Family Therapy
Recurring conflict can make it difficult to hear one another. Family therapy offers space to understand the feelings, needs, and relationship patterns beneath disagreements.
We can practise expressing concerns, listening to different perspectives, and responding with greater connection. During the consultation, we’ll discuss who would attend and the arrangements that fit your family.
Parenting Support
Supporting a distressed or worried child can be difficult, especially when you’re feeling stretched yourself.
We’ll look at everyday situations, consider the emotional needs beneath your child’s behaviour, and explore responses that support both connection and boundaries. The aim is to find practical approaches that feel realistic for your family.
For clinicians
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for therapists seeking space to reflect on their work, develop clinical thinking, and grow in confidence.
My approach is collaborative and reflective, with attention to case formulation, therapeutic relationships, cultural context, and the therapist’s experience of the work. Please get in touch to discuss your learning needs, supervision format, availability, and fees.
Not sure which service fits your needs? That’s okay — reach out, and we can figure it out together.

Frequently asked questions
What happens in a first session?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to be different, and whether working together feels right. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, and we adjust the frequency together as therapy progresses.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. I offer secure video sessions across Ontario, as well as in-person appointments in North York.
Is what I share confidential?
Confidentiality is central to therapy. There are legal exceptions, which I’ll explain clearly when we begin.
Do you take insurance?
You’ll receive an official receipt after each session to submit to your extended health plan. Please check your coverage before starting therapy.
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
A free 15-minute consultation gives you a chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels right.
