Hello, I’m Rossana.
I believe that every person deserves a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with themselves without judgment.
Seeking therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about allowing yourself the opportunity to explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting, or emotional struggles, you don’t have to face them alone.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP, MA) based in Thornhill, Ontario, I work with children, teens, adults, and families, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and strengths. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be themselves, explore difficult emotions, and build meaningful, lasting change.
My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused approaches, Attachment-Based Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I believe therapy should be flexible, compassionate, and responsive to your individual needs.
Above all, I value genuine human connection. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and wellbeing.
Outside of the therapy room, I appreciate life’s quieter moments—time in nature, meaningful conversations, creativity, and continuous learning. These experiences remind me that healing often happens through connection, curiosity, and self-compassion.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honoured to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
